The global recession has greatly affected the United States and everyone’s looking to keep their jobs except for this couple who quit their day jobs to make a living from Second Life’s housing market. CNN Money interviewed these real estate barons and they talked about how they managed to make a stable living out of a virtual world.

Stealing can happen anywhere and even the kid named Timmy (a.k.a  Hellslayer H) got hacked by another player in Runescape. People spend money and time on this game so even it’s just a make-believe world, stealing cannot be tolerated. ABC News exposed how online security dangers are rampant nowadays that even unsuspecting child can become a victim if left unsupervised.

ABC News shared the first documentary shot in a 3D online universe called Second Life. It’s part of the new way of independent television making using computer world to film a virtual reality.
